These terms form part of our Terms of Service and apply to all promotional codes and automatic offers on conveyorapparel.com.

WELCOME10 — 10% off your first order

Applies once per customer (identified by email, phone number, or shipping address used at checkout).
Must be entered at checkout before payment is completed. We cannot apply, backdate, or retroactively honour this code on an Order already placed.
Has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
May be modified, restricted, or withdrawn at any time without notice, for Orders not yet placed. Orders already confirmed and paid keep the discount applied at checkout.
We may cancel an Order or decline this code where we reasonably believe it is being used fraudulently or in breach of these terms (for example, using multiple accounts or addresses to redeem it more than once). Where we do, we will notify you and refund the amount you actually paid.

Buy 3 Get 1 Free

Applies automatically to eligible Products (currently: all Conveyor Apparel styles priced ₹2,499 and under) when 4 or more qualifying items are in your cart — the lowest-priced eligible item is free.
Limited to one free item per order.
This offer applies to the full current catalogue and is not a "select styles" promotion unless we state a specific limit at the time.

Free Shipping over ₹2,999

Applies automatically when your Order subtotal reaches ₹2,999 or more.

How offers combine

Only one promo code or automatic offer applies per Order. Where more than one offer would otherwise qualify on the same Order, only one is applied at checkout — we do not currently combine WELCOME10, Buy 3 Get 1 Free, and Free Shipping with each other.

Refunds on discounted or Buy 3 Get 1 orders

Our Return & Refund Policy applies in full to discounted and Buy 3 Get 1 Orders. Buy 3 Get 1 does not create any additional cash-refund entitlement.

The free item in a Buy 3 Get 1 Order carries ₹0 value and is never cash-refundable — if the free item is defective, you receive a free replacement or store credit.
If the paid item being refunded is not one of the items that triggered your free item, you receive the amount actually charged for that item.
If the paid item being refunded is one of the items that triggered your free item, we first recalculate your Order at standard (non-promotional) pricing for the item(s) you keep, and refund only any amount that exceeds what you would owe at that price.
- Worked example: 4 tees at ₹1,199 each, cheapest free → you pay ₹3,597 for 3 paid tees + 1 free tee. If one paid tee is confirmed defective and you choose a cash refund, you keep 3 tees (2 originally paid + 1 originally free). At standard pricing, 3 tees cost ₹3,597 — exactly what you already paid — so no further cash refund is due; we offer a free replacement of the defective tee, or store credit, instead.
