Are your pieces made to order?

Yes. Every item is printed fresh when you order, which keeps quality high and waste low. Production and dispatch take 2 to 4 business days. Your parcel arrives in 5 to 9 business days, up to 15 for remote pincodes.

What fabric do you use?

Tees are 240 GSM, 100% cotton. Hoodies and crewnecks are 400 GSM cotton-poly fleece. Everything is oversized with a drop shoulder.

How do the sizes fit?

Our pieces are designed oversized. For a closer fit, take one size down. Check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

What is your returns policy?

Every piece is made to order just for you, so we can't swap sizes or colours or take returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective, wrong or with items missing, email us within 7 days of delivery with your unboxing video (start recording before you open the parcel), and we'll send a free replacement or a refund.

How do I pay?

Pay online by UPI, cards, net banking or wallets. Or choose Cash on Delivery for a ₹49 COD fee on orders under ₹3,000. COD may not be available for every pincode. The COD fee is shown at checkout before you confirm.

We confirm every COD order with you by call or email before we print it, and we may contact you more than once. Once you confirm, it ships in 2 to 4 business days. If we can't confirm within 48 hours, we cancel it before printing and nothing is charged. If a COD parcel comes back refused, we may decline COD on your future orders.

Where do you ship?

We ship across India, and shipping is free on every order. Tracking is shared by email and SMS once your order is dispatched. Parcels arrive in 5 to 9 business days, up to 15 for remote pincodes.

How do I care for my pieces?

Machine wash cold (max 30°C) inside out with similar colours. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Iron inside out on low, and never directly over the print.
