Frequently asked questions

Are your pieces made to order?

Yes. Every item is printed fresh when you order, which keeps quality high and waste low. Please allow 2–5 days for production and dispatch.

What fabric do you use?

Our tees are heavyweight 240+ GSM cotton; our hoodies and sweatshirts are heavier still — built for a premium, structured oversized drape that lasts.

How do the sizes fit?

Our pieces are designed oversized. If you prefer a regular fit, size down. Check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

What is your returns policy?

Because every piece is made to order just for you, all sales are final — we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or size, so please choose carefully. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.

How do I pay?

We're prepaid only — pay securely by UPI, cards, net-banking or wallets at checkout. We do not offer Cash on Delivery.

Where do you ship?

We ship across India. Tracking is shared by email and SMS once your order is dispatched.

How do I care for my pieces?

Machine wash cold (max 30°C) inside-out with similar colours, do not bleach, tumble dry low, iron on low — and avoid ironing directly over the print.
